Losing a loved one is one of the most difficult experiences we can face in life. For those navigating the painful journey of grief, it’s important to know that you are not alone. Our grief recovery program offers a compassionate and supportive space for individuals coping with loss. We understand that everyone experiences grief differently, and this program is designed to provide the necessary tools and support for healing.
Program Details:
- When: Beginning January 7th, sessions will run every Tuesday from 1:00–2:30 PM for six weeks.
- Where: Blessed Sacrament Parish Center
- Who: Open to anyone who has experienced a loss three or more months ago
- Cost: Free of charge
