Join Us for Our Annual Advent Wreath Making Event

Location: Blessed Sacrament Social Hall

What better way to prepare for the coming of Christ than by gathering with family and friends to create an Advent wreath—a beautiful symbol of hope and anticipation. We warmly invite you to be part of Blessed Sacrament’s Annual Advent Wreath Making Event, a beloved tradition for families in our parish!

This is a perfect opportunity to come together and create your very own Advent wreath, decorate a festive cookie, or enjoy fun Advent craft projects with your children or grandchildren. Whether you’re a seasoned wreath maker or trying it for the first time, this event is a wonderful way to joyfully enter into the Advent season with reflection and creativity.

How It Works:

• Advent Wreath Kits: We provide everything you need—wreath forms, fresh greens, and candles.
• Candles & Greens: A $7 donation is requested to help offset the cost of materials.
• Wreath Forms: If you have a wreath form from a previous year, bring it along to give it a fresh look. Need a new one? They’re available for a $7 donation.

Advent Activities for All Ages:

• Cookie Decorating: Sweeten your day by decorating festive cookies.
• Advent Crafts: Get creative with Advent-themed crafts that you can take home and enjoy throughout the season.

How to Register:

Please RSVP by registering below. Be sure to indicate how many sets of greens & candles you’ll need and how many new wreath forms you’d like to order. Once registered, you can pay online via our parish payment portal, or bring cash or check to the event.

What to Bring:

• Garden Clippers: Feel free to bring your own if you prefer! We’ll have a few sets available on-site.
• Gardening Gloves: To keep your hands clean while working with the greens, bring gloves if you like.

This event is a wonderful way to come together as a parish community, celebrate the Advent season, and create cherished family traditions. Don’t miss this special opportunity to prepare your hearts and homes for the coming of Jesus.
